1. Returns

You have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, Orto will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
